I'll go with Britney's is the Bigger classic, but Gaga has better reciepts. I don't think the reciepts for sales matter because Britney's was released when physical sales were dropping and the digital age was not taking off, v. Lady Gaga's being released at the boom of the digital age. They both are strong streamers, but Britney's still came before the streaming age and is only 100 mil behind Lady Gaga's. I don't think it matters Gaga's video was prevevo because both songs were. The fact that post vevo they are close is telling. The only thing it clearly dominates is streaming which again, it is a later released song.
Shout out to crazy in love though, it is a bigger classic than both right now.
