It's like what BC mentioned. Since we are using an online form and not PMs, it can be easy enough for someone type in someone's username and submit info for them. We want you all to create a pass code/password to use so that we know it is actually you submitting information. We HIGHLY HOPE ya'll keep it a secret and not share it with anyone, so that submitting information for someone won't be a problem.
It's also an easier way for Cupid and I to keep track of the information in one place instead of having ya'll PM either one of us with your information. Then having to PM each other if someone PMed the wrong person, etc. This way since it is all going to one place, it doesn't confuse anyone, and either Cupid and I can do any update when one of us is available.
