As you know, teams are the essential part of this game. For now. You will be working with your team on each challenge until a certain point. Sometimes a team may lose too many members and then we'll need to shake it up, and at one point you will be playing as individuals, but for now these will be your teams. Work with you team and get along, because the losing team will lose someone and it may just be you.
Another important thing to discuss, the role of Project Manager. Each challenge your team will be required to select one. You cannot be a PM more then once. It's..a double edge sword. The Project Manage of the winning team will win immunity for the next round. While the Project Manager of the losing team....will be automatically place in the bottom three. He/She/They will also have the power to take two other teammates with them though. Also, its best to have some place where you all can...talk and discuss.
It's sucks that not everyone could've made it.
