I was also def gonna get this $25 smokey eye collection (that comes with some foundation/concealer & lip colors) from Nyx, since that seems like a must-have.

Yep, definitely take a trip to CVS and Walgreens first.

The only thing that I'd really suggest is a Beauty Blender. They make beating faces SO easy. Only $20 as well. Just get the name brand one and not the cheap substitute.
