Based strictly on PLAYS.
30. KE$HA - We R Who We R
If this had came out any earlier, it'd probably be sitting in the Top 20 right now. I just can't get enough of it, the first verse alone is just crack. Her swag is sick, this beat knocks, everything is just right.
29. ALICIA KEYS - Put It In A Love Song f/ Beyonce
Despite the hate for this song, I actually like it a lot. The best thing she "released" this year. Beyonce ****ing KILLED this song, the main reason I like it so much. It's sad that we might not ever see the video for it.... Poor Alicia.
28. BLACK EYED PEAS - Imma Be
The 2nd best single released from their last album! Everything about this track is fire. I remember the first time hearing it and just going nuts.
27. WILLOW SMITH - Whip My Hair
Yesssss. This was the ultimate KNOCK of 2010. And it came from a 10 year old.
Whip it REAL good!
26. DRAKE - Find Your Love
Love this song. His best single released this year hands down. I always say I love it better when he's singing then when he's rapping.
25. LUDACRIS - My Chick Bad f/ Nicki Minaj
My CHICK BAh! Baddah den yurs! Ugh. Craaazy track. One of the few songs this year that featured Nicki Minaj, and the WHOLE song was the highlight. But this is Luda were talking about, he know show to crank out bangers the
right way. I'm still waiting on Nicki to top this verse, this EPIC verse, best rap verse of 2010.
24. T.I. - Got Your Back f/ Keri Hilson
I'm here for the HOOK and nothing else. Keri nailed this and I don't care what anybody has to say about this track. Too bad it got snatched off the album.
23. YOUNG MONEY - Roger That
I...I can't even explain how CRAZY this song is. Like, it's just sick. Everything is PERFECT. Everybody went IN. Like...the production is OMG...........
22. NICKI MINAJ - Right Thru Me
Nicki makes her first SOLO appearance on the chart with her last single,
"Right Thru Me". When I first listened to this the hook immediately grabbed me in...but the track got old after a while. Then the video came out, and I ****ing loved it. Everybody can relate to this song.
21. SOULJA BOY & CIARA - Pretty (Girl) Boy Swag
BOY LUH MY SHHH! Of course everybody through this under the bus simply because it's Soulja Boy but I love this song. It's fun for when you're feeling yourself and you just wanna dance. It's not meant to be taken seriously...Of course I had to add Ciara cause this wouldn't even be near the Top 20 without her. But nonetheless, looooove this.
Based on my raw opinion.
8.
Drake - Thank Me Later
Key Tracks:
Shut It Down f/ The-Dream
Up All Night f/ Nicki Minaj
Show Me A Good Time
Really solid debut effort from Drake. He got some of the best producers and the best collaborations of course to make this possible but still very solid. Though there is many highlights, there duds in this album ("Firework", "Karaoke") are literally dead boring. What makes it even worse is that the tracks are the two opening songs on the album, definitely not a good way to open up. But the mood quickly picks up as we hear tracks like "Shut It Down" w/ The-Dream, "Up All Night" w/ Nicki Minaj and my personal favorite "Show Me A Good Time", which should have been a single.
