It's not only about stopping hatred, but also ending the mentality where people feel the need to look to a Church to tell them how to love their lives. The end of Christianity will be the beginning of a new, greater era.

Things like this are always a reach and always fairly baseless speculation. Much as I'd like to see religion become a smaller force in the world Christianity is not going extinct within the next 100 years, barring some catastrophic event.
It's so funny to read what some of you post. Some of you seem confused about your misconceptions of religion and Christianity and its upsettung. Don't really believe the article but like someone said before, there will still be prejudices and hatred in the world even if a religion ends. People are evil. It's just that some evil people mask their hatred with religion and ruin it for the rest of us.
There are gay Christians, gay preachers etc. it's just a matter of finding a right church
