No shade since I always preferred Ne-Yo out of his era of R&B singers, but he needs to step back.

She's still successful, but let's not say that Marry The Night was the only dark spot in in the era as a whole, which was largely lackluster until the tour.
Sad to say, but when it comes to the mainstream artists, you're only as strong as your most recent single. Which is why when most artists have a flop, they have to rush something else out quick to try and recover their momentum. Gaga didn't do that, as we saw, and Interscope killed the era right then and there. Since she left off there, it's questionable as to how well she will pick up from it.
I think she'll be okay, but you know...
Oh, and Ne-Yo's current single is gaining momentum as a hit in its own right.
