Not impossible exactly, just improbable. I think it means before the album release but it might not, she needs a good 4 singles from this era after the time she has spent on it and how long the fans have waited.

let me rephrase that because i saw that post on the blog, she said with the way things are going because of the wrecking ball situation there might only be one more single because miley was supposed to shoot the video after the VMA's

With the only one more single I think she said BEFORE THE ALBUM. She said she thinks there's only one more single becuz of the album release getting nearer ad nearer. i honestly think she doesn't know a lot about record labels, so I guess she assumes that after an album is released there are no more singles or smth like that OR she just understood the Qs as how many songs/singles we get to hear BEFORE the album, because after it's released we know the rest and a single wouldn't be a "surprising" new song. Don't know if this interpretation makes sense to y'all tho

The way TheMCTimes says certain stuff, it makes it seem like she has no idea how things work. Like why on earth would she only get one more single?

Even Ke$ha got three, maybe four singles for the Warrior era. Even Xtina got four for Bionic.
And when she said Miley's "broke" because the budget for the WCS video wasn't very high... As if the label isn't the one who provides funds for the music video... Then a few days later Miley her broke self was off flying in her private jet to Good Morning America.

That makes more sense, I'm sure she knows how record labels work though...I think it was just badly worded.
