I mean I'm not working for the Born This Way Foundation, but I don't think it'll so clinical as people think. They're not gonna like... keep you there if you don't pass a test.
I'm guessing that it's more to do with giving resources and information to those that are struggling with a mental health problem.
Like: you know I suffer from depression and panic disorder. I'm guessing that information would not be specifically given on that (I doubt diagnosis would happen or anything).
It's probably more with people identifying they have a problem and the professionals involved will give you info on the next step that can be taken.
You're not going to get super high-risk people at a concert. Depression is temporarily lessened at something like seeing your fave in concert.
