One song doesn't make you more global. With that logic Robin Thicke is more global than most (if not all) Pop girls. Nicki is a more established artist overall globally.
If he wasn't a 1 hit wonder that would be true.

The only Nicki song i've heard on the radio here in Spain is Starships (the only hit she has had here too).
Kesha has had 6: TiK ToK, YLIMD, Take It Off, WRWWR, Die Young and Timber. And Blow, C'Mon and Crazy Kids were played on radio a little bit too. Slé.
I voted both they are on the same level, Nicki has more fans than Kesha as she came later than Kesha, big hits back than didn't get artist many fans now it does, the GP is here for Kesha though since them and Kesha fans buy her music! Nicki just has the urban community

Even though she had more hits in global scale than Nicki. Nick has two big hits WW. Ke$ha has "We R Who We R", "Die Young" and "Your Love is My Drug" if those counts. All of them did well in WW scale more than many Nicki's singles.
Of course the pop girl will sell more singles. But Nicki sells more albums, makes more money, and it has more relevancy. Kesha is apparently bigger, but her net worth is $8.5M while Onika is $50M.
