This is the second single of Eminem's latest album Relapse.. This song might be underrated, but the reason i put this song in the top 40 of this year is this song is full of meaningful lyrics.. Just like the title, this song really beautiful.. Eminem giving us his soft side, and he did it in this song..
39. Yeah Yeah Yeahs - Heads Will Roll

This is Yeah yeah Yeah's second and last appearance in this list.. This year i really adore them so much.. THeir album is one of the best album this year.. Their singles too, after Zero, now Heas Will Roll is listed at number 39.. This song just so addicting, the arrangement is great, and i love Karen O vocal here.. Really sexy..
38. Arctic Monkeys - Crying Lightning
Album: Humbug
Some of my friends or maybe some of you just hate the changing of Arctic Monkeys in this latest album.. The album especially the first single of him that i put at number 38 is really dark.. Very different with Arctic's previous work.. First i hate this song too.. But after 3rd time i hear this song, it's really growing on me.. Crying Lightning is amazing, though personally their previous' still better, but it still worth it to enter the top 50..
37. Ciara - Work
Album: Fantasy Ride
First time hear this song, it already makes me interest with this song.. The beat is sick.. It really make me want to move my body.. Ciara beautiful voice mixed with Missy Elliot genius idea to make this song really work on to the people that hear this song.. Part that i love from this songs is when the chorus played "Work Work Work Work!"
36. John Mayer - Who Says

John Mayer is back! this is one of my most anticipated album this year.. Then his first single was out.. It different with his other first single, but this track still awesome.. It really giving peace when you hear this song.. It is so calm, and John's soft voice really fit with this semi-acoustic song.. Well done John!
35. The Fray - Never Say Never
Album: The Fray
Another appearance and last by The Fray.. First i thought they will be an another one-hit wonder, but when i heard their sophomore album, it just change my mind.. This second album is amazing and produce a lot of great songs, including Never Say Never.. This song is really beautiful, this song might be so underrated but i still love this.. It appeared on Tranformers movie and for me the song is fit with the scene on that movie..
34. Kings of Leon - Use Somebody
Album: Only By The Night
One of the breakthrough band this year.. After releasing Sex on Fire, their second single that listed at number 34 this year, is one of the biggest hits from a rock band in 2009.. This sng break the top 5 of Billboard Hot 100, having some nominations on Grammy, and other than that i love this song too.. Maybe it's kinda overrated now, but it's not stopping me to love this wonderful soft rock track..

33. Lily Allen - **** You

This is Lily Allen's third single from her marvelous second album. It having a revenge lyric, but what's wonderful of this song is Lily Allen arrange this song with a fun and joyful arrangement.. That makes us love to sing this song, maybe in front of our parents.. This song is genius and really brain-washed us so we can sing this along with our friends loudly and forget that this song is really explicit..
32. Mika - Rain
Album: The Boy Who Knew Too Much
I think Mika's second album is not as bad as people talking about.. Maybe that album is not as wonderful as his first, but it still produced great songs, including Mika's second single "Rain".. I already love this track at the first time i hear this song.. And coincidently i heard this song when it rains, and i feel this track so much.. Mika sing this seriously but his vocal still interesting..
31. Demi Lovato - Here We Again
Album: Here We Go Again
Another song that i loved in the end of 2009.. This is coming from another disney star that rising this year.. i love this song so much, and i think Demi Lovato will be my next big thing.. Tshe is just amazing and she producing some great tracks this year, after Don't Forget that entry in the bottoom 50 of my list, then this song is almost cracking up the top 30..
