I know as long as I'm studying and working hard, I'll be rich enough to afford the life I dream of living and more ... I'll do nothing with a billion dollars lol
But world peace is something I really dream of, specially coming from what you can call the worst country on Earth to live nowadays.
i'd rather be in the situation I am now and know that nobody's getting their houses blown up by IEDs and children aren't being killed on the other side of the world, but I dunno that's just me.
1 Billion dollars, the planet actually needs less people on it already, so more people surviving would be bad for the planet.. Also, world peace is never going to last long, so I'd go for the money
