I'm not a professional, so probably not. You'll need to post your entire chart for someone to try their hand at reading it, not just the placements but all the aspects, houses, and the works.
I have a roommate with a very similar mixture of Gemini/Taurus. Judging by the major Taurus placements and the Virgo rising, you're probably more grounded, stable, practical, and earthy than most Gemini suns. You may greatly strive for material comfort and security (Taurus), but also have a strong desire to communicate your thoughts and ideas out into the world (Gemini). Though you may at times be a bit scattered, your earth influences will root you and you'll probably be quite organized and methodical in the way you communicate and present yourself. However, you still express yourself in Geminian ways when it comes to what/how you like, value, and love (Venus) and also how you take action, and express passion, anger, and sexuality (Mars). Though you say you're stubborn, I'd be willing to bet you also have a very changeable and adaptable side to you since you have four main mutable placements (Gemini and Virgo).

How do I post my full chart?
I don't know, I think I'm very two-sided. Like, I can be very neat, organised and clean when it comes to my surroundings, but when it comes to myself i'm very chaotic, clumsy and unorganised. does that make sense? I do have a very adaptable side but like I said I'm very grounded and stubborn. I've always been that way.

Look it up and then screen-cap it.
That's understandable. Gemini is a dualistic sign anyway, so having your sun there probably adds to your two-sidedness.

Being born with Neptune on my ascendant can really be an exhausting life path. People, especially my family, are always projecting their thoughts and feelings onto me making it difficult to be my own person. I often find that my own voice is not as recognized or noticed as everybody else's. Also, when I don't get any alone time or space to daydream, I really feel drained. Being intuitively based in a logical world is quite challenging.

The SCALP I just got from black zodiac as a Capricorn
Is there a reason...it was so accurate? Especially of me in my earlier years
I even read the other ones to make sure it wasn't the obvious stuff. Black Zodiac dragging was actually 100% describing me
And on a side note an abusive and possessive sex crazed Scorpio I used to date 
This sh*t is crazy. I usually don't got for zodiac stuff either...

It is strikingly accurate! It's also so well-written. I wish they had a version in which they focused on each sign's positives though.
The Libra one is pretty damn true but luckily they didn't seem to drag us as much as they did other signs. I've actually come across my fair share of Capricorns that match their description well.

Quite a fiery combination.
I don't like my Gemini moon so much. It makes me restless, indecisive, thoughts flowing 24/7 and gives me anxiety, but I've learned to manage that better now. I feel like Jennifer Lawrence sometimes (who also has Moon in Gemini )

Tell me about it, sis. I feel very similarly. There are of course some positives, but it's really not an ideal rising sign to have.
On the positive though, our hardships are more prominent when we're young but get better as we get older. This is often true for people with strong Capricorn or Saturn placements. They say we're like a fine wine, we get better as we age.

Gemini is definitely an odd place for the moon, but I feel like it's at the very least an interesting placement. Definitely not boring. My brother and sister have one. You guys can be quite inventive, restless, and intelligent. It's really not the best for mental stability and emotion management, though. They say don't pour your heart out to a Gemini moon, they won't know how to nurture and deal with you.
