It didn't at ALL happen like that? Kesha went to rehab for an eating disorder and then said the reason for this was because Dr Luke called her "a fat ****ing refrigerator". She never filed a claim against Luke because of this, the claim was always about how he psychologically and sexually abused her. The claims of him calling her fat were in addition to this, they were never the original accusation. Shame on you for letting your stan mentality negotiate your morals.

But she still slayed the entire pop music scene during her debut, so obviously it didn't matter that much. Besides, she's still beautiful. And with pop stars like Lorde and Adele slaying the pop music scene, I don't think physical appearance and weight are anywhere near as important as they used to be. Why do Kesha fans refuse to acknowledge that what her and her mother are doing/have been doing is criminal activity? The rape thing only came about after Luke initially refused to release the contract for calling Kesha fat. Maybe he should just do it but it's not up to Kesha and her mom to extort that out of him.
