We are discussing album sales, so of course we are going to compare it to other albums 
And all stans are the same. They will attack to defend their fave

And Katy is in no way "WAY" ahead. She's at ~3.5 million and BTW at 3.1 million.

But I think this stan war needs to cease. Rihanna and Katy fans can't talk because they have several hit singles yet have a hard time going 2x Platinum. And while GaGa is outselling them in just a matter of weeks, Rihanna and Katy have been holding on the charts steady for months now - in Katy's case, almost a year. In a few weeks, GaGa could be selling the same amount as Katy in the same week (if her album doesn't stabilize over 25k). So, I don't even get the argument here. Let's stick to the topic at hand.
