No. It could've been a hit if a had a fire video and some general promotion. Britney's hype dies usually mid-way into the 3rd single. That's because she's not a new artist nor needs tons of promo to sell albums or get hit singles.
"Everytime" was an exception because it was a ballad and different for Britney since "Not A Girl" bombed and nobody remembered it. Which proves a point. If they go for "OFU" or "UY", it could get a positive response and be somewhat of a hit.
If they go with "Mannequin" it's gonna need a hot ass video.
