Drake is doing better than B.O.B because he's a better artist than him...B.O.B is a flash in the pan rapper if I've never seen one...Soulja Boy has more longevity than him...Thank Me Later leaked, as i'm sure you know, which definitely took away from his sales as a whole. The only reason anybody is bringing up him "underperforming" is because Eminem is doing amazingly great...guess what...now only established artists (and Lady Gaga) sell albums in massive numbers...and no matter how much hype he had certified plantinum and 900k scanned and still selling 33k a week is nowhere near underperforming

The Remix.
I didn't know JLo's remix album did THAT good...
It's actually one of the best-selling remix albums worldwide. ![eek](http://www.atrl.net/forums/images/smilies/images/smilies/eek.gif)

Honey, B.o.B is on his third straight hit from his first album. How dare you call him a "flash in the pan" artist and compare him to Soulja Boy with only two major hits.
And like I said, Drake's hype is what sold his album. All that "milli first week" talk was a fluke. Eminem's dragging that ass from start to finish and ain't slowing down. Deal with it.
And leaks happen to everyone. Some excuse that is. And no one is saying that Drake's numbers are underwhelming, but with all that hype he has, his sales are surely dropping.

1. I couldn't care any less about Eminem...his content is wack and so is he...he has a bunch of white trailer park trash stanning for him that have been with him since day one...big deal...
2. Drake's leak was trending on twitter for at least 3 days...do you not realize how many millions of people that cud've gotten to...Eminem's wasnt leaked at all...
3. Soulja Boy and B.O.B both have a number 1 and number 3...Soulja Boy has a Top 20 B.O.B doesnt...Not to mention Soulja Boy has a SOLO hit...its pretty fair to say that B.O.B would be NOTHING without features...because he's only a decent rapper...lets not reach here
4. The content of Drake's album is all urban with Find Your Love being the ONLY crossover song on it...Eminem has pop singers and pop content with no urban influence outside the fact that he's rapping...and he's an established talent...Drake's numbers are great considering the fact that he's already surpassed Usher who has been out since March...hype doesnt make people BUY albums, it just makes them wanna hear it

Like I said, your logic is DUMB! How can you call B.o.B a "flash in the pan" artist and say that Soulja Boy has more longevity when B.o.B is only on album #1 and single #3? See, how stupid that is? If B.o.B's next album flops and he produces no more hits, solo or with a feature (it's still his), then the whole "Soulja Boy has more longevity" and "B.o.B is nothing more than a flash in the pan artist" will hold weight. Until then, it's dead and irrelevant to the topic at hand.
And I'm not even going to address your comments about Eminem. But I will say this: his sales AND longevity speak for themselves, and he doesn't need industry-manufactured hype to sell. Drake had all the type in the world and isn't living up to it.

And by the way, B.o.B has a #1 and #2 single, and "Magic" will be top 20 this week or next week, and he has a #1 album. ![coffee2](http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v232/korn0818/b80efe23.gif)

Drake's content outweighs his sales completely...and with that i'm done with that bit of hate that has you in your feelings...
As far as B.O.B...he's had two of the biggest singles this year...but debuted with 86k...wtf is that??? Even with a ****ing dance craze Soulja Boy still has an album that scanned 960k and started off with 120k...B.O.B had all the promo in the world and still managed to fail...the So Far Gone mixtape will sell more than B.O.B's CD...and he will NEVER EVER catch the sales of Soulja Boy and DEFINITELY not Drake's Thank Me Later sales...an artist who piggy backs on others to get hits is a FLOP...real artists with actual popularity sell albums...
And industry hype is nothing more than everybody thinking your better than your peers and mentioning your name in interviews...dont try to make it more than it was...thats called reaching

Opinions are like assholes, and everyone has one. I'm not stuck in my feelings. You quoted me with the B.o.B hate and the Drake stanism. I wasn't the first or only person to say that Drake's album sales are dropping or that hype sold his album or at least contributed to most of his sales. No need to sign up here just to call me out dear. My opinion will stand to the end. Take your essays elsewhere. I'm not here for that. ![coffee2](http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v232/korn0818/b80efe23.gif)

And Soulja Boy's album came out in what? 2007? What exactly did that 2nd album sell? lol And you're saying this like it's making me mad. I'll just shut it down like I do other illogical or trolling posts, newbie. No sweat off my back.

They were in response to your posts to me. I compared them because without hype Drake wouldn't have done those numbers. B.o.B was just an example. You went into another tangent about "flash in the pan," "Soulja Boy" or whatever random **** you were talking. It was irrelevant to begin with.

Its blatantly obvious you're a drake hater if you dont think his talent and his content is what got him where he is...only fickly pop audiences like whatever "industry hype" tells them to like...
my point on the soulja boy and b.o.b thing was to prove that hype and promo doesnt get you everywhere...if the public doesnt wanna listen then they wont buy it...which is why B.O.B is at 300k after about 3 months and Drake is almost platinum after 7 weeks...sales dont prove anything

smh@ Drake's stan trashing B.o.B & Eminem (ironically Drake himself just call Em Greatest of all time few days ago lol) . I even like Drake but his stans are making me dislike him, seriously.
Anyway, B.o.B is not a flash in the pan. He got talent, and people with talent will always stick. He probably won't have huge success but he'll be around.

Okay, Drake has never been, isn't, and will never be better than Eminem. That's....that's just the way the world works.
