Yeah all of this does scream independent. The teaser video, the release strategy, the delays. I wouldn't be surprised.

I don't know WHO approved for them to announce a TOUR before music, considering all the delays. That's going to make people 1) not that interested anymore, or 2) pissed off.

I'll still wait for new music...but they not starting out on a good foot. Just sayin

With Dawn being indie you would have thought the girls would have let her take the lead on how this process should go.

Honestly I love these girls and will buy anything they release and it will be good but they seriously are mistreating this reunion so badly.
