Look. As a trans woman I honestly don't find the picture "offensive" but I do think it shouldn't have been posted. I'm the type of bitch that doesn't take anything seriously so of course I'm not offended by a silly comic. What I'm offended by is the fact that there are so many negative stereotypes of trans people and having a comic like that is only perpetuating the negative stigma associated with trans people.

I'm reading comments and I see users like Kavish and Big Smoke who are prime examples of ignorant people who don't fully understand the "transgender" umbrella. I'd be fine with a picture like that if trans people were as socially accepted as gays. Until we can break all the negative stereotypes that's just harmful.

And I'm going to say this once, loud and clear, for all the ignorant ****ers in the back:
Bottom surgery for transgender individuals is, not only expensive, but extremely dangerous. You're putting yourself in extreme danger getting that surgery and it can mentally **** with someone. It may not even be worth it in the long run as you can become paralyzed from the waste down.

I DARE you to say that a trans woman with a penis is not a woman. Say it to my trans face. A biological woman is a woman. A pre-op trans woman is a woman. A post-op trans woman is a woman. Fight me.

What I got from the comic is that it's making fun of how, in a relationship, women are turned on by the prospect of marriage (while men are turned on by sex). Which I would say is problematic in a completely different way.

100% agree except the last part yes i would call her a woman if the individual had a penis an identified as a woman, BUT would you have a problem with a straight male saying he would never date a trans woman with a penis? because thats to much
