Lets not get over the top here. Madonna is in the league of her own and she's maintained very high sales for over 2-3 decades.

I'm talking about pseudo-icons who hogged the spotlight in the beginning of 00s and couldn't manage to push over a 3 million selling album 3 years later.

It's my opinion, if you don't like it, don't ask for it.

I'm talking about the consistency of her music and MY OPINION is that it is CONSISTENTLY boring. I didn't say her music was bad because I do enjoy some of her music but her later stuff sounds the way too similar for me to care about it.

She hasn't shown much growth in the past few years. Nothing wrong with that since you guys value how consistent she is.

Well, it depends what you mean by consistent.
I'd definitely place Pink as one of the more consistent pop stars of the last decade. Beyonce is pretty consistent also. Usher is very consistent also. For him to be a 90s R&B star and still be relevant is astounding since many R&B stars of that time became washed up and couldnt adjust to the changing pop market of today. Alicia Keys is also pretty consistent as well
