That's not what she's saying at all, she's saying the general public doesn't understand how hard it is to electronic music and therefore views it as low-brow and worse than acoustic music. Is this concept really that hard for you to grasp?

In the end, all music that we listen to are digital waveforms translated into electric current that travels through a wire into earbuds or speakers. I think Gaga was just saying that the assumption that one specific type of music (based entirely on the type of tools used to create it) is better than another is just ignorant.

Acoustic is great when done right. Electronic music is great when done right.

Each person has his/her own opinion of which one they prefer.

Gaga is just defending electronic an saying just because something is acoustic, it is not automatically better than electronic music, because electronic music can be great and have substance.
