Interesting. I think as one, we should be happy and honoured a few artists of our generation will eventually make the prestigious list. It's not the time to be pressed or be mad. I don't care whoever they are, if they make the list, deserved congratulations; so congrats Bey & Jay & hopefully some more.
Cause it's a shame, a crying shame to realize how mediocre & pitiful the talent, the music, the artistry and stardom have become with us. It seems that those artists would always be the greatest of all time & standards & therefore will always top & remain in the lists. Those from the past were people who only had it. If you didnt have it, you couldnt make it. Talent, nothing but genuine talent. Today, some like Soulja Boy, Barbie or Super C can make it in the industry.
Who are the ones left for us? We are sitting there unconvinced & can't even count with our 10 fingers the ones truly deserving to be in such lists while decades ago as the previous lists show, they had too many obvious choices... smh
