if Ed Sheeran can get a nomination for last year grammy and get best new artist this year then why gaga did not get best new artist in 2010?!!!!
The rules were changed after Gaga was snubbed. "The new rule states that an artist can be nominated [for BNA] as long as the artist hasn't released an entire album and/or hasn't won before". The weird thing is that Ed's album was released in the US during last year's eligibility period.
Ok wait they lost me a bit at Lorde ha BNA snub. I am here for James Blake and to a lesser extent Ed, but they didn't need to steal queen's nomination like that (they're not even brand new )

The Grammys lost all of their credibility this year when Lorde wasn't nominated for Best New Artist. I don't even care who wins now because this proves the Grammy voters don't know anything
