YDO is the only single that really underperformed, though it was still a moderate hit. TTT didn't really get proper treatment (no video, performance or any other promo), and BC did amazingly on the urban and rhythmic formats.
Overall, this album has been a hit or miss. It could have been executed better.
I love how pressed the Rihanna Stans are towards Wide Awake. It's funny to watch.

Winroute, the Rolling update, from what I remember, is a contintoous process. It lasts longer than just the 8th, 9th day after the song starts getting played. Why do you seem so adamant to prove that WHYB is 'underperforming'.

I don't know about his intentions but Winroute is actually right. There was no rolling effect today... it depends directly on the update one week ago. There was only one marginally bigger update from the adds date, so the rolling effect only lasted one day.
The song is just not gaining that many spins on pop, but has decent audience gains. It's possible smaller stations are ignoring it.
