Contrary to what some people might think, she already has. It's not obvious but some of her songs have sexual connotations to them. If you mean singing about sex outright, then no.

Let's not kid ourselves kid. She was a punk before the Fearless era.
And her ability to write things like sex and other stuffs that many would find it offensive or cheesy in such a beautiful way, close to poetry, is one of the things that makes her worth to stan.
