Runaway Love by Ludacris is actually a very, very, very good song, and was a big hit only a few years ago.
I think the song and video are brilliant aswell. It's like a story-telling song, and Ludacris raps about three young girls who are having trouble in their lives (e.g. one gets made pregnant by a 16 year-old, another has a mum that gets raped repeatedly, and so on), and who want to run away from home. It's really touching and emotional imo. It is definitely better than most of Justin Bieber's discography.
All these mediocre Bieber songs being named as his "best."
Is his catalog that weak? He's young, though. He has a ton of time to improve musically. Right now, he's just feeding the youth.
I think Baby is a great pop song. To be honest, it's probably one of the most purely catchy songs of 2010. It's hook is almost as unavoidable as Poker Face's. And I mean that without reservation. It's an excellent song.
