Swift Move: Taylor Swift's former number one "Speak Now" comes onto the Catalog chart at #11, a week after slipping out of the Top 100 sellers for the first time in its 82nd week. "Speak Now" spent 81 weeks on the Billboard 200 as a current album. This compares to 176 weeks for her debut album "Taylor Swift", and 116 weeks for "Fearless". This isn't exactly an indication of waning popularity; it just shows that it's awfully difficult to keep busting the blocks after that initial blockbuster.
"Speak Now" joins five other current Billboard 200 albums that have been on the chart continuously for 80 weeks or more and are currently in Catalog status, including Swift's own "Fearless" at 184 weeks, Lady Antebellum's "Need You Now" (121), Justin Bieber's "My World 2.0" (113), Eminem's "Recovery" (100), and Florence + The Machine's "Lungs" (99). All of these except "Lungs" have been on the chart continuously since their release.
