GGINSDR tweeted a 17 second video on August 9th with title 182.23.159.138.187.45. According to GGINSDR's youtube channel, he is "Craigaxxie" (deleted twitter user). When I searched for this, I found some interesting stuff:

If you check 032886's first followers, they're PropaGaga (#10) and PropaGaGaMB (#12) as well as PropaGagazine (#38). PropaGaga owns a tumblr blog named 032886

GGINSDR used to be infamous between the PropaGaga members.

Now, if you check GGINSDR on Twitter, It's got a tweet saying "Hi", another one RT'ing DOT's tweet about Born This Way, and Gaga's tweet about "The next album". Its second follower is @PropaGagazine as well.

032886 created a twitpic account named "Alejandro Ibiza" on the day the Alejandro Video was released.
