Even if I still think the only one capable to substantially climb is Usher, I wouldn't be surprised by a climb of Rihanna's song (which I like a lot).
Both Payphone and Call Me Maybe are ready to send their remixes up, and this may have mixed effects.
To be honest I don't think Maroon 5 care about making Payphone reach a peak higher than #2, which they had already.
On tour they have already started playing the second single in their latest performances live this past week, which is WAY more summerish (it's an happy, sexy raggae jam), One More Night.
I wouldn't be surprised if they'd let Payphone do on its own and then push One More Night as the release album date comes closer.
Carly has maybe a slight edge over M5... but I still think Usher may be the final replacer of Gotye...
Any case, I am thrilled by so many of the songs in the top 20, to me all this battling sounds interesting and entertaining
