Problems that Gaga, the promoters and the Indonesian government have tried to resolve since scheduling the date:

Venue preparations (importing the equipment, as it is the biggest show in Asia, Gaga had to endure new measures from TMB)

Money (a budget was set but the agreement needed to be extended because of the extra security costs)

Promoters/Hosts (company who were signed for the deal had competition, so two had to bid for the rights to it)

The FPI (threatening to prevent the show from taking place and Gaga even stepping foot into the country)

Music/Outfits (because of the people above, each lyric and outfit has to be approved for the audience)

The National Police (she was permitted by the below, but she did not receive a permit because of the above, caused above the second above)

Immigration; Tourism and Creative Economy Ministry (the only permits Gaga had no problem with and received full support)

Government and Jakara Police (not willing to issue permits to the National Police which allow because of the PFI's threats)

Without all of the permits, an agreement of a "toned down" show and strict security in place, the show cannot take place.
The National Police will not issue a permit for Gaga to perform if security/the police cannot cope with the FPI threat.

Honestly, I can't see those asians doing anything, but fans are kinda concaved into the stage/setting I would say she's safe.. but then again if someone has threatened to kill you, then you must take precautions though im sure she gets death-threats no matter where she goes, and on a daily basis.

But hand on my heart I don't think anyone will hurt her, people are just all talk. I'll be surprised if she cancels but I can understand if she does, but nevertheless she's one of the sweetest and she'll find a compromise
