They must have been talking about the country charts: all 3 studio albums hit #1 there. And I think they must have meant that she's the only country female with 3 consecutive 5m+... But that's inaccurate because Shania has 3 diamond albums.

if this was teen choice I would agree but touring is one of the top awards and one of the hardest awards to predict so I don't think they'd announce it when she won woman of the year.

Exactly. i remember seeing a taylor quote that went something like this... "I love to write songs and my voice is there just to get my lyrics across" or something like that.

I am really getting sick and tired of those Carrie fans shading Taylor because of her voice. That's basically why I am no longer a Carrie fan. They just can't accept that she is Woman of the Year and Carrie's performance is one way they can get back at Taylor.
