I don't use Queen, but I know I'll get crucified so I won't mention.

Agree completely with these.

Compared to just about all of the albums you listed, Hot Fuss is a legitimately good album. It probably wouldn't make my own list, but, considering the competition, it deserves to be there, honestly.

It's really not the greatest-of-all-time material.

[madonnas]

Yeah, Hot Fuss is an above average alt-rock album that had lots of commercial success. That is all.

65. Jay Z - The Black Album

The Black Album is the eighth studio album by American rapper Jay-Z, released November 14, 2003. The album debuted at number one on the US Billboard 200 chart, selling 463,000 copies in its first week. It produced three singles that attained Billboard chart success, including Hot 100 top-ten hits "Change Clothes" and "Dirt Off Your Shoulder". Upon its release, The Black Album received general acclaim from most music critics. The Black Album was nominated for a Grammy Award for Best Rap Album at the 47th Grammy Awards, ultimately losing to Kanye West's The College Dropout.

[madonnas]

Not as good as Reasonable Doubt (which I doubt will make this list), but hey it's a good album.

[Kang.]

Hip hop classic

[Changes]

I almost prefer it over The Blueprint.

[Kool_Aid_King]

Shoulda been higher.

Hip Hop masterpiece.

I wasn't arguing that. I was arguing that, compared to the other albums you mentioned, it does deserve to be there.

And I'm glad to see The Black Album make the top 100. Not Jay-Z's best, but it's up there.

Aphrodite and Fearless are above average albums too. If I can include them, The Fuss is not getting special treatment.

Guess we're just going to have to agree to disagree on this one.

I almost wish you had included Queen, though, just to see the **** storm that would ensue.

Waiting for interesting albums.

64. Radiohead - Kid A

Kid A is the fourth studio album by the English rock band Radiohead, released in October 2000. Despite the lack of an official single or music video as publicity, Kid A became the first Radiohead release to debut at number one in the United States. This success was credited variously to a unique marketing campaign, the early Internet leak of the album, and anticipation after the band's 1997 album, OK Computer. The album won a Grammy for Best Alternative Album and was nominated for Album of the Year. It also received praise for introducing listeners to diverse forms of underground music. Despite the band's new direction alienating some fans and critics, Kid A received generally positive reviews from notable music publications. It was subsequently listed by multiple publications as one of the best albums of recent years, and in 2009 was ranked No. 1 in lists of the best albums of the 2000s by Pitchfork, Rolling Stone, and The Times. In the updated version of Rolling Stone's 500 Greatest Albums of All Time, it was ranked number 67.

Masterpiece.

[madonnas]

I guess I can't speak since this wasn't on my list, but it should have made top 50 at least....
But I"m glad it made it past..... Animal.

[Red]

Wouldn't have made my top 20 or so, but a top 50? You bet. This is one album that absolutely, 100% deserves this, without a doubt.

[jqnetto]

I believe OK Computer will be in top 30.
