Justin may finally start gaining the media and general public respect he needs and has been missing all these years. Rihanna is steadily becoming an actual force in music as she matures. It could be said Gaga is in the same place as last year with an insignificant decrease. Britney's story is almost the same a Jennifer w/o the TV presence. The list looks fair.
