I think Demi is going to be the underdog most people root for whilst Britney will be the main attraction, you can notice that in the article since the writer says Britney won the fashion face off whereas most comments say Demi looked better. (Britney did look good though, especially in the second dress)

When Cheryl Cole was on X Factor the other female judge was Dannii Minogue and Cheryl stole most of the spotlight but Dannii got the most respect from the viewers. I can see a similar situation here, its perfect really..the show gives her exposure but wont make her overexposed due to Britney being on the panel and she will get most of the headlines.
