Naomi Campbell is the only international female with a #1 on the main Oricon chart. These results are probably from Billboard Japan or whatever else.

I actually have no problem with Adele tying Nelly since "21" has been more successful than any of Nelly's albums. On top of that Nelly has really only had 2 successful English albums.
