It really wouldnt be a professional way of doing things, Upfronts are about selling the show not really revealing new information, they'd be better off confirming the new judges/hosts before the show starts and then go into detail on each hiring at the Upfronts.

16th of May is the live chat another event not clashing with anything X Factor related, her schedule just seems to be so convenient

And yes they were in NYC, so that means Demi would have to fly from LA to NYC and maybe thats the reason for the early Mothers Day!

That is too many coincidences for it not to be true. This is all too much everything with her schedule all the pieces are fitting together no dates clashing.
