Does XF have a lot of young candidates? She would relate to them
Age limit is 12, I feel like Demi would be really great mentoring those young girls because they can relate more to her than someone older. Also Demi knows how it's like being in the industry young so she can help them with that too.

Maybe she hasn't gotten an offer yet because they need to sign Britney first. She is going to be paid the most they need to see what they have left to give Demi or they wanted to see the publics reaction first. It also could be because Demi was out of the country and they needed her there to give an offer.
