Releasing a fifth single in the fall and a new single in January would only be a few months difference and that completely defeats the purpose of a break. I know y'all are excited for a new album but the fact of the matter is that Rihanna is more overexposed than ever and cannot release a new album before the summer of 2013.

Wrong, S&M to Man Down was a longer break (January 25, 2011 -> May 3, 2011).
