She should perform & promote her singles : see TTT & YDA.

2. I want her to start to write her own songs.

3. She should take herself serious. She's one of the most succesfull artist of our time. She should build on it, she could get bigger than she is now. She should not think for the moment, think further babe.

Navy how long do you think Rih will keep the black hair for? What will the next color be? IMO she'll keep the black up until a few months before the next album, with multiple different hairstyles.

I really think she'll either go Navy Blue, like she hinted at, or she'll just keep the black. Not really sure considering she's running out of colors......
