Demi Lovato: "XF USA Job Would Be A Dream Come True"

Demi Lovato has exclusively told MTV News UK that it would be "a dream come true" if she was given The X Factor USA judging role.
The Hollywood Reporter has claimed that Lovato is in the final negotiations to join the US panel - following the shock exit of Paula Abdul and Nicole Scherzinger.
Despite neither Fox or Demi commenting on the reports, the 19-year old previously told us that she would love to join Simon Cowell and L.A. Reid on the panel, claiming she would be an honest judge.
When asked if she would ever consider joining the talent show, the Skyscraper singer revealed: "Yeah, I never really thought about it but I think that it would be amazing, that would be a dream come true."
Speaking of how she would find judging other people, Demi explained: "It might be hard but I think that I’d have to give my honest opinion and I just have to do my job as a judge."
"I'd be honest. I can’t fake it with people, you can totally tell when I’m lying and my face says it all, it’s just like I can’t hide anything."
Demi added: "So, if they’re bad I’d have to tell them cause my face is gonna say it, and then if they’re great, I’m gonna sing their praises."
As well as Demi, Miley Cyrus has also been linked to a seat on the US XF panel, with E! News claiming she could be approached in the next few weeks.
Earlier this month, it was also claimed that Britney Spears was on the brink of signing a £9.5million deal to join the panel - making her the highest paid reality TV judge since Jennifer Lopez on American Idol.
I'm still not sure that I want her on there.. Idk why though.. But I would be excited and happy for her if she got it, I'm just not sure how she would handle it! It could be the exposure that she needs - or it could be the opposite!

Exactly. She has a variety of talents on the musical art. If she is sharpening it again (on dancing), she could be a perfect dancer. I also hope she shows that talent in her next music video (Unbroken or ANL).

That would be great for her I guess because it would really help her grow in the industry and she'd become wiser in her decisions.
