no like a full story Adele's was more of a theme kind of like Taylor with Fearless and Speak Now. These are like 3rd person point of view albums like Tommy is about this boy who becomes deaf, mute, and blind after witnessing his father get killed by some guy sleeping with his mom and eventually regains his senses through a miracle.
Quadrophenia on the other hand is the story of a guy who is schizophrenic only instead of having two personalities he has 4. Both masterpieces and I could explain further but I don't want to take up 20 pages
