Nope. If that person has been reviewing music for some time and is a member of a well regarded publication or website, yes. If you want to critique actual critics, discuss with another member. My original post simply stated that reviews are very important when it comes to judging an artist or an album. You have taken it way off topic.
They both showcase different strains of talent. Neither is more superior than the other. Obviously Katy is more talented in terms of being a dominant figure in popular culture, but Lana showcases a lot more depth in songwriting and her music overall.
Katy is a better singer and a WAY better performer. I love Lana but she is LIFELESS on stage, let's be real..Katy also plays several instruments and I've yet to see if Lana can play any?
Lana does make great music tho and her songwriting abilities are golden.
is it me or does it seem katy only sings fireworks live really well.
i dont like katy perry that much but if its one song i liked by her its fireworks and she always seem to pull it off better than her other songs in my opinion.
