Actually Eli got it wrong, on Friday we're starting the download week that will last till May 5h and then we will have a flashmob on 12:00 ET.
And no, flashmob(s) (we had 1 so far) aren't stupid... the last time Cheers jumped so suddenly on itunes that noone could call it a "flop"
we're not forcing anyone to join, I just think it's a fun way to influence itunes....... if each fan buys a song once a day for 20 days it won't matter besides putting money into label's pockets... but if 20 fans purchase a song at one day it might make a jump.
