Adele's succes is in part due to her album not being available on spotify if it was I'd say a good 1-2 million of her sales would have never happened much like how Garth Brooks got alot of sales by never putting his songs up as singles and forcing people to buy the full album.
I've thought this for a while, but for me, the vocal cord drama she had last year contributed A LOT to her success. *Kanye shrug*
Current Taylor song on repeat: Tied Together with a Smile... one of the hidden gems from her debut (well almost all her songs on that album are gems)
Oh and I was watching TV today and on the radio channels they played You Belong With Me on Today's Country, then Story of Us on Kidz Only and Eyes Open on Pop Hits It was first for me that I heard 3 of her songs on the same day.
