You're confusing multiple things here. Her worth is a lot more than $30 million.
As for how much she earns, she'll probably be getting around $40M+ this year. She's an A-lister in countries like the UK and Japan, and that will result in lucrative endorsement deals worth millions each. Then throw in merchandise and the tour(s) (albums and singles don't make much for artists), it'll easily reach $40M or more.
If it doesn't come out this week, it's never coming.
