a week ago I was at the Burger King. This story is ridiculous.
I ordered a Whopper Menu.
It said that if I take a Large menu I get "Twister Fries". I don't want that. So I asked if I can just get larger fries with it.
Her reply was: "You can get Twister Fries yes."
Me: "No I want larger NORMAL fries."
"Yes you can get Twister fries or normal fries."
So I thought It was clear there.
She then asked what I wanted with it. The only thing that I didn't mention yet was the drink, so I said "Fanta please". She said: "No what burger..."
I already said I wanted a Whopper menu...
So I repeated that. She then asked if I wanted cheese on it. I said yes, cause why not?
Then she asked what I wanted to drink. I JUST SAID THAT. I repeated that too.
Then she asked what fries I wanted... I thought that was clear, but again I repeated NORMAL fries.
Then she said the price. It was 60 cents over what the pricelist said. I told her and she said: "No cause you wanted with cheese" but the pricelist says "EXTRA cheese". I just said "lay off the cheese then" to get it over with.
Then I got my order like 5-10 minutes later which is quite late.
I walked away to universty, checked the bag... Twister Fries.
I almost walked back to ask for a refund but I had a course to get to
