Original videos, from Vevo are always blocked. I remember when Stupid Hoe came out. I was one of the first viewers. Like 5 minutes after that when i refreshed the page it was blocked already.
There are other sites though. like dailymotion or myvideo. I never saw any of Selena's Vevo videos.
I think Vevo and Youtube Germany have problems, dont know exaclty what but its always because of the money. Whats exactly UMG, i have no idea.
