1+1 and Party were promo singles. A promo single is not the same thing as a normal single.

I want receipts for the releases of I Was Here and I Care.

LOT was only a single in a few European countries and an urban-radio only single in the US.

So that leaves RTW, BTINH, Countdown, and EOT. =/= 10 singles.
