I think it's mostly because I'm not that much into that kind of music. But I suffered so much listening to her album. I was praying for the songs to end. I gave a 8.5 and a 9.5, the rest is all under 5 tho. And I agree with you, WBT is good, but there are better songs on the rate. It does not deserve the #1 spot.
I haven't listened to Madonnas whole album I didn't vote) so I wouldn't know if it deserves #1, but from what I heard it deserves at least top 3, if not number 1.

It is one of the best songs of the decade. But it's up against Since U Been Gone, which might actually be the best pop song of the decade, and Hung Up, which might be the best dance song of the decade. And Cool seems like a favorite, so don't be surprised if it punches Mimi out also.

True. The album is kind of the odd one in the rate due to the heavy 70's R&B/Soul vibe of a lot of the records.
