The cannon exploded for the second time during the night, just as the ratings were starting to drop. The Capitol had to take actions and a dragon was released from one of the hidden dungeons nearby.
Solarie started screaming, "I did not know that!", "Sorry!" but nothing could be done. She must have paid attention. The dragon torn her to pieces and she was quickly picked up, just a few hours before the sunrise.
